Here are 10 ways you can start and end your day well and on a positive note like every other successful leader.

Begin each and every morning with a nice and refreshing shower, one that will awaken you instantly. It will help get rid of any drowsy feelings that you have when you need to get out of bed and can’t. You may also want to brush your tongue for one minute to get rid of morning breath.
Drink lots of fluids – water, milk, tea etc. This will help keep you hydrated and aid in you achieving healthy skin. Remember: breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it helps build energy that you will need to stay fresh and motivated throughout the day.
This could provide a framework for how well the rest of the day goes, a sort of self-talk that keeps you driven in the right direction as opposed to the negative things you hear in the news.
Surround yourself with only positive people. Try to stay away from negative conversations and gossip mongers. If someone annoys you, don’t react, but attempt to refocus the conversation on the positive matters.
If you are kind to everyone, the people around you will return the favor and do the same. Kindness helps maintain peace and aids in thinking positively.
