(Before It's News)

(N.Morgan) In today’s world, people are becoming more health conscious and want to live longer, more vibrant lives.

Our bodies are made up of miraculous systems that will let us know when one part isn’t working quite the way it should be.

Each part, each unique system, has it’s own warning signs and symptoms, to let the brain know there is a malfunction somewhere in the system disrupting the delicate balance which must be maintained.

When some foreign agent arrives and invades that sensitive system, our bodies give very clear signs that something is occurring which should not be happening.

The liver eliminates from our bodies the toxins which we ingest daily through diet.

We will discuss four of the more major signs indicating your body may have been invaded by toxins.

1.Physiological needs

If you are going to the bathroom frequently, this could be a clear signal that there are toxins present in your body

Don’t let this alarm you, as this is the normal process used by the body to eliminate toxins which have accumulated there, and clear the way to better health.

To help this process, we must be sure to drink plenty of water and herbal teas, along with adding probiotics that will improve the intestinal micro flora and help the body eliminate toxins faster.

2. Unpleasant breath

Bad breath isn’t just a social embarrassment, but could be a warning sign of an oral cavity. The bacteria from the untreated cavity can not only give you bad breath, but the saliva you swallow containing this bacteria can result in gastrointestinal issues.

When no cavity is involved, you might just need to include cleaning your tongue in you dental hygiene schedule. In order to get rid of bad breath, you need to brush your tongue with a toothbrush. Also add a natural breath freshner; chew on some parsley.

3. Continuous accumulation of excess weight

There can be several reasons you are unable to lose excessive weight, including hormones, improper diet and, of course, an excess amount of toxins in the blood.

Some toxins, such as pesticides, bind to fats in the body and the body’s ability to normally release these toxins is disabled.

Maintaining a healthy diet, taking better care of your overall health and periodic detoxing in a healthy, gentle way, can ensure you will soon begin to lose that pesky unwanted weight.

4. Smell sensitivity

If certain smells really bother you, such as perfume or smoke, this sensitivity could be caused by toxins in the body.

When the body has an accumulation of toxins, and is unable to eliminate through the normal processes of the liver, it will often become hypersensitive to smells.

Your airways are clogged, and this is your body reactin to the condition.

It can also result in a sharpening of the senses (sensitivity), and result in negative physical responses including headaches or nausea.

Tea made of dandelion flowers can help, and can boost the process of detoxification.

Also, using castor oil can be a great help when it comes to fighting the toxins in your body.

  • This is beforeitsnews. You forgot to mention spontaneous combustion!

  • Point #2.’ Unpleasant breath’ is only partly true. Poor oral hygiene is only one of the reasons of bad breath and quite easy to recognize and deal with. Crash dieting, fasting and low-carbohydrate diets can also cause bad breath. These cause the body to break down fat, which produces chemicals called ketones that can be smelt. Not to mention some types of medical conditions and medication. In these cases we’ll need much more than parsley and a tongue-brush

  • Hello Angle#3(prelim),

Charlie here. Save the money on the hype and instead pay the little extra on doughnuts, excuse me, I mean organic food. I don’t know how much that “system” cost but I’d bet it would still be cheaper to go all organic.

And if you want a cleanse eat only Biblical clean food and organic, cage-free, grass-fed and finished, or biodynamic foods and you will do good. And stay away from farmed fish. Did you know restaurants are required to serve farmed fish only? Yuck!

    Signed,

Charlie (psssst… make your own doughnuts)

    • God hates you

      • If you write it backward it says, “you hate God”.

        • No its “you hateS God”. That’s how Gollum says it…

    • Eat right. Exercise. Die anyway.

      • TCB

Yeah, but your family won’t have to pay extra for the steel-reinforced, double-wide casket.

  • The author of this article is a well meaning simpleton with only a half-grasp on her subject matter.

Do more research, lady, before publishing such misleading drivel.

And please proof read before submitting your work (spelling, grammar, punctuation, or even the proper word to use (have you got a dictionary?)), or get a competent person to do it for you.

I don’t mean to be nasty but the standards of ‘communication’ these days and the arrogance of ignorant people with half-baked ideas who dare to publish their thoughts are really beginning to piss me off.

    • Unlike her. Her fall came right after she ordered junk food, I mean donuts from the resident donut queen so its probably related to the health consequences of that I’d say, yeah.

    • James Phoenix, You don’t mean to be nasty?

      Sure you do..

Whether you agree with my article or not, others have found it very helpful..

I’ve never claimed to be an expert in the health, field, only posting that I’ve either tried myself or have found valid information on.

As far as my grammar, well, I do my best, if that isn’t to your satisfaction, my apologies..

FYI: Not only bad oral hygiene can cause bad breath, ask any doctor about that..

IBD/IBS, can cause bad breath coming from the disease in the stomach and intestines..

Not one of you has put up any evidence to disprove anything I’ve written about..

Not one link has been provided to the contrary of what my articles says..

      • Hi N,

No, I don’t mean to be nasty, just venting frustration at lackadaisical writing and the piss-poor standards in general that so many people seem to regard as ‘acceptable’.

I don’t see any comments on this site that find your article helpful.

Thank you for the apology regarding your grammar, but what about your spelling, punctuation and use of words?

This was not a personal attack as I don’t know you, but I would respect your writing if you would show more respect to your readership by writing in a way that assumes they are intelligent.

I hope I haven’t put you off publishing again, but please make a reasonable effort if you want to be taken seriously.

        Best vibes,

        James>

        • “but I would respect your writing if you would show more respect to your readership by writing in a way that assumes they are intelligent”

By what conceivable metric are you making such an assumption of the readership? Such wild speculation isn’t profitable, either, though it is thinking that integrates nicely into the venue.

          • Your comment looks like a bad Chinese translation for an instruction manual, or maybe a bluff sketch from a Marx Brothers movie.

          • Criticism noted. I’ll try to remember to use a more Dick and Jane English construction for you in the future. I can now see, doing a little analysis, you write in a business letter style. It’s stiff and unimaginative, but functional.

Just a tip, take it or leave it, but have you ever considered what the punishment would be, if you broke a punctuation or sentence construct rule? (Maybe even consider your own state of very average linguistic acumen, before criticizing anybody else?) It’s worth considering, if you ever aspire to rise above the mediocrity of a secretarial school, also reflected in your petty and vacuous criticism of the author’s article, on the likes of punctuation grounds, a very puerile complaint when, again, your writing style is awash in the unpolished, undergraduate stiffness of a business letter.

In any case, it’s common for people to find less words and more syllables very confusing, though I have found this to be the case mainly with children and people thinking of going back for a GED someday.

Do brush your teeth before you go to bed.

          • Hello,

            Your criticism also noted.

Are you defending poor writing regardless of its usefulness? It was supposed to be a technical article.

I’ve never been called unimaginative before!

I am a published poet so I break the linguistic rules you mentioned all the time. As you may know, you have to know the rules before you can break them.

            And no, far beyond undergraduate.

Have never had a problem with multisyllables and the succinct use of words when appropriate.

I also don’t need to use every word in the thesaurus nor technically-specific linguistc terms in everyday language.

Thanks for the ‘growing up’ advice, dad. Is It your daughter you’re defending??

J> (sorry for being so puerile. I’ll try to grow up tomorrow).

          • P.S. It’s “fewer” words, not “less” words. Apologies for leaving that out.

  • 1. Slurred speech, 2. wobble walking, 3. regurgitating dinner, 4. a little man playing a drum solo in your brain the next morning.

  • Jacko

Just look at Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Chernobyl. Life will continue with or without humans. The toxins are part of nature too you know. We get in contact with toxins no matter what. Without contact you can’t get anti-bodies. So contact with the stuff we’re in is actually key to our survival on earth.

  • eventually there will be a cure for that
