No, its not a rocket powered pogo stick, he is firing an Arabian Jezail musket while dancing and it looks like he is having a blast.
A Reuters photographer while traveling around Taif, Saudi Arabia last week came across a group of traditional performers who got a real kick out of their work.
Using Jezails, a long barreled musket common to the region from Morocco to Afghanistan, the dancers seemed to enjoy lighting them off while shaking it.
We just hope that they were powder-only charges with no balls loaded.
Also, we wonder if they had Elton John playing in the background.
Because its you, you’re the rocket man.
