In their own words, why Americans own guns (VIDEO)

A few years ago, I started interviewing gun owners in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. I wanted to know why they owned guns. What I discovered is that there are many reasons why people own guns, but at the top of the list is for self-protection and to fight tyranny.
These interviews and photographs led to a book that I published in 2012 called God, Guns & Guts. This book inspired a TV show on History Channel called God, Guns & Automobiles that featured Mark Muller who I first saw on CNN doing this interview.
