It’s almost a year now that the foreign minister of France announced at a White House press conference a 500-day countdown to “climate chaos”, which will end on September 24, 2015. Are you prepared?

But in an 8 June 2015 article, a NASA spokesperson stated definitively that no such catastrophic comet impact event will destroy our Planet in September 2015:

NASA knows of no asteroid or comet currently on a collision course with Earth, so the probability of a major collision is quite small.

In fact, as best as we can tell, no large object is likely to strike the Earth any time in the next several hundred years.
