Police Employee Involved: Officer Michael Kresich
*This video was legally recorded in Fallowfield Township, PA. The cop called the State Police on the victim and charged the victim with harassment. The office withdrew the charges after the victim spent thousands in attorney fees.
– Officer had two previous civil suits for similar incidents. (See below for officer’s name and court dockets against him.)
– Officer is recorded threatening his neighbor, accusing him of being a Nazi, and threatening to tell his employer that he is a Nazi. He accuses his neighbor of “following” him and then ADMITS that he, in fact, was the one doing the following! Officer is also heard giving false information regarding the law.
– According to public record, officer has been sued three times (civil rights cases: 2:94-cv-00021-DEZ-IJS, 2:06-cv00344-GLL-FXC, and 2:08-cv-00743-AJS)
– Officer filed a harassment complaint against his neighbor for the altercation seen in this video. This was the second time he filed a complaint and WITHDREW both times after his neighbor retained an attorney and it was clear that the officer would lose.
– Officer Michael Kresich:
Civil rights case details taken directly from the depositions:
2:94-cv-00021-DEZ-IJS (Plaintiff: Police Chief) – pulled over his former boss and cites him for failing to stop at a stop sign, fleeing and eluding, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, and resisting arrest. All charges thrown out.
2:06-cv00344-GLL-FXC (Plaintiff: 2 Police Sergeants and a Patrolman) – did a background check on Kresich and recommended that he not be hired. Stated he was unqualified for police work. Kresich described his department as two groups: Kresich’s was the “New World Order” and the Plaintiffs were part of “The Crew.” Another officer admitted in depositions that Kresich ordered him to omit facts from a report so Plaintiff would appear in violation of his duties, and
2:08-cv-00743-AJS (Plaintiff: PA State Trooper) – after Plaintiff engaged in her protected free speech at a township meeting, Kresich contacted the Internal Affairs Division of the PA State Police and falsely reported that Plaintiff attempted to interfere with an official investigation. No “official investigation” was in progress.
