In perhaps one of the weirdest and ultra low budget public service announcements ever aired, the Philadelphia Police Department made one tiny change to a 90s era anti-drug message.

Taking a “There’s no hope with dope,” PSA from the cast of Saved By the Bell shot some 25 years ago, police social media personnel dubbed a still of Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey over the face of then NBC-TV exec Brandon Tartikoff and added a brief voice-over.

Its very subtle. See if you can catch it. Look close.
