​​Now, just download each package by clicking on them and the download arrow is on the top middle of the page. once downloaded click on your windows icon far left bottom corner, select documents on top right side that just came up….. then click downloads to the left of that. find the program you want to listen to and click on it one time then right click it select copy… close out that window and right click anywhere on you desktop select paste. that why is in two places and easier to find. to play just double tap it or right click it and select play. or you  just download each package by clicking on them and the download arrow is on the top middle of the page. once downloaded click on your windows icon far left bottom corner, select documents on top right side that just came up….. then click downloads to the left of that. find the program you want to listen to and click on it twice and it will play. Listen as often as you wish but twice a week at least is recommended.​
