In chapter 24 we are told this generation starts when Israel sprouts leaves in the Springtime (1948), but NOT to calculate this to the DAY or the HOUR. This means the .21 of the 68th year refers to a MINIMUM of 2.5 MONTHS = SEPT 2015!
