Japanese man arrested for cache of homemade guns

A 60-year-old unemployed man has been arrested after authorities discovered multiple homemade handguns and bullets at his home in Tochigi Prefecture, on the island of Honshu, Japan.
While being interrogated, the man apparently told officials with the Metropolitan Police Department that he taught himself how to make guns and has been doing so since he was 20-years-old, a hobby which is not only frowned upon in the country, but straight-up illegal.
