Not many people know that Aylan's body was actually moved from where it was found (between the rocks), to a place where the photographer could take the best picture possible, for maximum emotional impact.
It's hard to imagine someone doing such a sick thing in order to achieve maximum effect from a single image, but for “them” is more than justified. It's not the first time that one image changed the course of events in history.
Engineered or even completely fake pictures, supported by equally fake stories, are key for gaining the support of the masses for, usually, military actions against sovereign countries.
And for those who are not photographers, the deep emotional impact that a single image can cause may not be fully understood.
More importantly, those who don't know how mind control works, the following detail was clearly overlooked: Aylan's body was not only moved, but also carefully placed so that it will trigger hidden subconscious memories from our childhood. What am I talking about?
