It looks like a haunted house, but the screen capture above is of a wall inside Nickole Dykema’s house in Brooksville, Florida.
After an elderly neighbor, Dorothy Clagg, called the cops to report that she was concerned because Dykema slashed her window screens and air conditioner with a large knife, cops responded and found what the media has dubbed a “House of Horrors” inside Dykema’s home.
Her walls were lined with 3,700 blades, including everything from axes to machetes to swords of all shapes and sizes, not to mention tons of Halloween props, severed body parts and fake decapitated heads, many with multiple knives of some kind stuck in them.
The media is claiming Dykema suffers from mental illness. Even for most scary movie or haunted house fans, this is pretty over-the-top:
Dykema was already on probation for shoplifting knives from a dollar store last December. She has been charged with probation violation, property damage, criminal mischief, and assault on an officer as she fought her arrest and had to be subdued with a stun gun and a bean bag gun.
