In this top ten list we share the top 10 most influential survival and preparedness blogs. Although this may be our list, we did not pick these websites at random. They were selected after much research and in consultation with survivalist experts.

The term “survivalist” usually brings images of men clinging to their guns in the wilderness but The Survival Mom provides regular people with “family” oriented ideas. Burnette takes a creative approach to self-reliance, applying a DIY way to survivalism without any of the fear mongering found on various other sites.
