U.S. Has a Duty to ‘Tempest-Tost’ Syrians

In addition to accepting more refugees, the United States must stop providing weapons, training and funding to the armed opposition forces and enlist Russia and Iran in pursuing a diplomatic solution to this tragic conflict.
