KIEV, September 15. /TASS/. Ukraine cannot do without Russian coal, Ukraine’s Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Volodymyr Demchyshyn admitted on Tuesday.
He said he hoped supplies of Russian anthracite coal for Ukrainian electricity plants would be resumed within months. He said coal supplies from Russia was “a political matter.” …. http://tass.ru/en/economy
