Verify From Only 13 States On The 16th Amendment Needed!
If you We The People get going on to verify if the 16th Amendment was truly Ratified, to back up on the THE UNITED STATES, INC. has been really Bankrupt since 1933, then you only need 13 States of 48 to confirm it was NOT Ratified, but wouldn’t hurt to verify them all.
