2nd Amendment Ban Contract With The People
Since THE UNITED STATES, INC. became our government in 1871, and we have had other Franchise governments to come into existence since then, like States, counties, and cities, and we as United States citizens are under contract obligations, then we will be obligated to make a contract on the 2nd Amendment Ban when we submit it.

This is to go public for the requirements the Government Corporations want us to have to be under their control, or else we Require ALL Government Officials Comply with our agreement and be removed from office or worse, go to prison.

The United States Constitution 2nd Amendment Ban will include:

1. Actual Repeal of the 2nd Amendment applies to only United States citizens,
2. All ‘persons’ will not be allowed to own any; firearms, guns, rifles, or any weapons that shoot out projectiles,
3. All ‘persons’ will not be allowed to possess any; firearms, guns, rifles, or any weapons that shoot out projectiles,
4. All ‘persons’ that are not United States citizens will be allowed to possess any; firearms, guns, rifles, or any weapons that shoot out projectiles on the condition that they be shown in public at all times with proper identification of the ‘persons’ as well as the ends of the items be covered properly so no projectile can be ejected,
5. All ‘persons’ will be protected by the Law Enforcement at all levels of government entities at all times of the day and night,
6. All government Law Enforcement levels will be allowed to increase by 100% of employment of enforcement officials or by 10% of the actual city or county population, which ever is larger,
7. All government Law Enforcement entities employment will come from the available present unemployed ‘persons,’
8. All ‘persons’ will be honored with the House Joint Resolution of JUNE 5, 1933 for which has been denied them in the last 82 years, for which the ‘Discharge of Debts’ is to be issued and ALL Debts Cleared within 30 days of this approval,
9. All ‘persons’ will be reduced with their wages back to the 1933 wage rate as the HJR 192 will now be implemented,
10. All Law Enforcement will be required to protect the ‘persons,’ for if a death occurs All Law Enforcement in that government entity will be removed from their employment as they are All Held Liable, with the jury by trial be implemented for those that are on duty for that area of the occurrence,
11. When a death of a ‘person’ occurs a third time from a violation of this contract in that government entity then All government officials are to be removed from their office and the Republic government becomes enacted immediately with a presently listed group to take over.

If this contract is not agreed upon then the Republic for the united States of America will be implemented and all government corporations will be handed over to We the People for the change over and the CAFR accounts will be opened up for be released to the public.

This is just a presumed idea, but if you have the government complying with the contract and failure in either direction brings in the Republic then when this is public the people will know their options.
