Biden tosses Dem nomination to Hillary

News outlets, among them Fox News, are rife with reports that VP Joe Biden has ceded the Democrat nomination to Hillary Clinton, despite his high poll numbers as an undeclared candidate. Since Biden made the announcement in the White House Rose Garden with Obama standing alongside him and his wife, Jill, speculation about what pressured him to stay out is running rampant.
Previously Biden had been meetings with top labor leaders and Hispanic groups and was regarded as laying the groundwork for a 2016 presidential run.
Drudge Report used this great headline “BIDEN SCARED AWAY,” to an AP link, with an accompanying photo of Hillary in a witch’s costume. Very appropriate just preceding Halloween.
