(Before It's News)

The Dutch Safety Board releases its final report into the cause of Malaysia Airlines MH17 crash over eastern Ukraine. The report says the plane was downed by a Russia-made Buk missile but does not specify who launched the projectile.

Head of the Dutch Safety Board Tjibbe Joustra blamed the two sides of the conflict in eastern Ukraine for the disaster. He said Ukrainian authorities should not have allowed the plane to cross over the conflict zone. Meanwhile, Russia’s foreign ministry has disputed the account, saying the report is biased. Also, the Russian manufacturer of BUK missiles says it has launched a test which contradicts the Dutch Safety Board’s findings. In July 2014, the Malaysia Airlines’ flight on route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur went down over Ukraine’s conflict area. All 298 people on board, mostly Dutch nationals, were killed.
