stop growing alfalfa a costly and of course federally funded to cattlemens ass crop takes trillions of gallons of water, replant areas in native grasses, put people to work, no work no welfare, the entitlement generations need to either stop making babies they can not afford or demand educational opportunities to increase their wage earnings, like trade vocational schools, fire almost everyone in washington, local poli-tic-ians and hire educated sensible people with education not just some wealthy talking head who makes too much anyway, they forget they are servants to the plebs!
