RIP Andrew died while tasered in the back multiple times standing in fountain after running from police for being an 18-year-old. Then they stomped on his head for awhile and removed a camera from a neighbor and then lied about the camera and it was never seen again.

There is no excuse for this! Settlements should be in the hundreds of millions, not millions! And yes tax payers are paying! Maybe the city and its people will make sure this crap doesn’t happen in their town! You have cops that didn’t ensure they were at the right house! You have cops throwing grenades at children because they didn’t study the situation, and had no idea there where children in the house! If that was my family … !!! They would be prosicuted, and sent to jail! While in jail … !!!
The fact is, there is absolutely no need for this! If they are dealing with cartel members, then they should damn well know it! They should damn well know they have the right place!
