The Milwaukee County district attorney's office has ruled that the killing of a Milwaukee man in September was committed in justifiable self-defense, Milwaukee police said Tuesday.
Timothy E. Robinson, 33, was shot during an altercation about 10:45 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 2400 block of W. Chambers St., police said.
