It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Tammy Jean Ferguson (DOB 7/19/1960), of Thousand Oaks, was arrested on October 22, 2015. Ferguson is charged with eight felony counts including embezzlement, misappropriation of public funds, and falsifying accounts. The charges include a special allegation that she stole over $200,000.
