Thomas Barr, an Englishman, regularly consumes a beverage that could make him live 152 years. It’s based on a Norwegian recipe, and called whey. It can be consumed from infants to elderly people. In its original state the composition is similar to that of breast milk – it contains 1% of protein and 93% water. It also contains sodium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, various vitamins and minerals. It’s especially great if used in a diet program because of its low calories (just 26 per 100 gr whey).
Whey is recommended for patients with liver disease. The liver has an important role in the body, and whey acts as an organ cleaner. Its beta-lacto globulin enables the BCAA amino acids to fight the disease and prolong the patient’s life.
