(Before It's News)

There is nothing worse than the unpleasant smell from the sink. Some people would immediately reach for chemical preparations, though many forget that these procedures affect the quality of the groundwater.

With this simple trick you can kill two birds with one stone: to protect nature and throw out bad smell out of your house!

For this you will need:

– 1/2 cup of lemon juice

– 1/2 cup of baking soda

Heat the lemon juice and add it in the soda to dissolve. Do this slowly, because there will be a certain reaction in the form of foaming, between the soda and juice.

Stir and slowly pour it into the drain. Wait for 10 minutes to absorb all the dirt, and then rinse with hot tap water.

Hurray! There will be no trace from the odors. Only freshness.

In this way, you’ll clean the drains and remove all odors. Instead of lemon juice, you can use alcohol vinegar.
