Which makes its an ideal chase plane for UK clays master Philip Thorrold, winner of several Beretta World Sporting Open and European Iron Man Skeet matches, to bust pigeons from the passenger’s seat whilst the Aperta rolls out some donuts at max rpm.

For Thorrold, calling “shotgun” on a ride means something entirely different.
