Mauna a Wākea Federal Litigation
In the Federal case, Nobriga v. Ige, 15-cv-00254, the various defendants filed
motions to dismiss.
Stephanie Nagata, Director, Office of Mauna Kea Management, and Don Straney,
Chancellor, UH Hilo filed a joint motion.
The State agency defendants — Governor, Attorney General, BLNR — Filed a joint
motion and joined their motion to the Nagata/Straney Motiion.
The County Prosecutors filed a separate motion.
Below are the response to the State Motion and the response to the County
