Adam and Jamie take on a familiar trope that you cannot hold a hand grenade without the pin for more than a couple hours.
Using an practice version of the good old M26 “lemon” fragmentation grenade (painted red and filled with paint to make things fun), Adam takes one for the team and gives the myth a workout under controlled conditions.
We advise you not try this one at home.
