It’s Your Backyard Ventura County On Friday night, October 16, 2015, at approximately 11pm, officers from the Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) and K9 Unit were conducting gang enforcement near First Street and McKinley Street when officers attempted to contact a group of known gang members.
