San Diego police rushed to a community north of downtown for what they described as an active shooter inside an apartment building using a long-range rifle.
Multiple gunshots were fired in the Bankers Hill neighborhood just after 10 a.m. PST Wednesday. Witnesses said in the past hour, they’ve heard multiple gunshots as well.
