Dear Ones, if you have done something you are not proud of, or are feeling bad because you feel you could have done something better, please simply redirect yourselves with love and compassion. The fact that you recognized your behaviour was not in line with your true self is a wonderful discovery that will allow you to choose differently in the future. Beating yourself up over your failure will only keep you in the quicksand of guilt and shame, and make choosing higher vibrating options far more difficult. Use your regret as a springboard to change, and simply keep trying until you find a behaviour that matches your beautiful, shining, aligned self, and you will keep evolving and growing in the most wonderful ways. ~Archangel Gabriel
