Ali`i Mana`o Nui Lanny Sinkin: Today, the King sent out a letter expressing his gratitude to all those who have stood to protect Mauna a Wakea and particularly those who went to the Hawaii Supreme Court to stop the resumption of TMT construction. The King also chastised the Governor and State agencies for supporting the TMT project’s attempt to create a new confrontation on the Mauna by resuming construction before the Supreme Court rules on the legality of the TMT permit.
