People are expected to gather outside Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris where Cardinal André Vingt-Trois, Archbishop of Paris is due to deliver the Mass on Sunday, November 15th in memory of the victims of the deadliest terrorist attacks in the history of France.
At least 129 people have died so far in the attacks, with over 200 people injured, 80 critically. Authorities say that eight attackers were killed – seven detonating suicide bombs and one shot dead by security forces in the Bataclan concert hall.
Hundreds of people gathered is Paris’ Republic Square, Sunday, to commemorate the victims of the attacks that took place across the French capital on Friday night. The crowds sang John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’ and ‘Let it be,’ while were waving their hands in the air, many of them crying.
