Man drops gun at Cracker Barrel, shoots patron (VIDEO)

A man dropped his gun at a Cracker Barrel in Sanford, Florida, and accidentally shot a fellow patron Sunday morning.
After interviewing witnesses at the scene, investigators determined that a customer was on his way to the register to pay when his legally carried firearm fell out of its holster and onto the floor. The impact discharged a single round, which struck another man in the leg.
The shooting was determined to be accidental and no charges are expected to be filed.
