WINSTON-SALEM, North Carolina — Authorities say the man who fatally shot a suspect during an attempted robbery at a jewelry store in Winston-Salem will not be charged.
Multiple media outlets report the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Monday at Long Jewelers. Police say the man's identity won't be released since he isn't being charged.
