Video has now surfaced of the council meeting where UWEX 16 was approved by unanimous vote. This confirms the training will be similar to the recently concluded Jade Helm.

It also shows council leaders literally joking about allowing even more military training with an clear domestic focus.

The full meeting lasted over 45 minutes wherein the council spent less than five minutes discussing UWEX 16, with zero public debate.

Shockingly a large part of that time spent cracking jokes about the military taking over the streets and the crazy conspiracy theorists coming out of the woodwork.
