Honey has medicinal effects and it is good to take it any day.. it is NOT toxic like processed white sugar POISON.
Soda is a proven cancer killer. So this article makes complete sense.
I used a little tumeric in my mix and pasted it on some sore dark sunspots on my legs wrapped in a bandage for a couple of days.. not only did the pain go away it also faded the dark spots. Had I kept it up it may have removed the spots altogether.
