Ottawa (AFP) – Canada's new Liberal government vowed Friday to work in 2016 toward putting a price on carbon emissions in order to curb CO2 pollution warming the planet.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's administration, however, has yet to say exactly how it might proceed — possibly implementing either a carbon tax or a CO2 cap and trade scheme — or when new regulations would come into effect …. http://news.yahoo.com
