Viscount Christopher Monckton, talks about the apparent corruption within the so called United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and elsewhere. This lecture is part of an international conference, which ran in parallel with the boondoggle of the “COP21″ in Paris.

Odd background brightness fluctuations were caused by video camera’s auto colour balance, and auto exposure reacting excessively to projector slides. This doesn’t detract too much from the important content of this video though.
