Does the US (CORP) State Department not like those pesky “pointing out U.S. inconsistencies” questions from RT?

This was great to watch. Especially watch the expression on “the guy’s” face (oh, yeah, now it’s “John Kirby”) right at the beginning, before RT reporter Gayane Chichakyan asks the pointed question. “Priceless”!!
You know, all those US (CORP) State Department spokespeople must have to take a class called, “How to not answer a question and cover one’s a$$ and put the blame on the questioner”.
