On your Earth plane respect is defined as a feeling or understanding that someone or something is important, serious, etc., and should be treated in an appropriate way.
Some of you may not fully understand this because no one in your life has demonstrated, pursued it or, perhaps, you have seen it and believe it unattainable for yourself. Remember, my dearest child, it starts within. If you show respect to yourself, you will begin to see qualities in others that deserve it in kind.
