GA: Rifle fire used to Kill Man as he Tried to Force Way into Home

Detectives found the body of Alvin Lee Jenks with a gunshot wound to the head on the front porch of a home at 229 Campground School Road, off Ga. Hwy. 61, just before noon on Wednesday, stated a news release from the Paulding sheriff's office.
The homeowner, who was not identified, reportedly shot through the front door and gunfire hit Jenks in the head as Jenks tried to force his way into the house, the release stated.
