It’s true! I consume about a tablespoon every morning. But for maximum effect you MUST consume it with fats as it is fat soluble. And you should also consume it with pepper. The pepperine in pepper increases absorption by 4000% or some crazy amount…

pepperine increases tumeric absorption rate by 200 times. very good stuff! they will be trying to ban this stuff next.
I have tendency to get my blood become black. Any scrath or wound which oozes blood is balckish. Then I take fresh turmeric root about 1 cm every morning with honey and in two weeks my blood looks normal. I have to repeat this every half year when my blood start to be black again. I got this advice from Indian monk while I was totally hopeless having diabetes etc and inflammation on my finger etc. Though the serious inflammation with grayish finger went away with homeopathic gangrene medicines.
Turmeric really heals, but better if you get fresh.
