For the first time in several years, Indonesia's Mount Bromo has sent off a large blast.
This eruption comes on the heels of Mt. Rinjani also sending off new blasts in the same relative area as Mount Bromo. This means the whole region around South Indonesia is in serious seismic flux.
Locals have been evacuated, and the eruption is ongoing as of December 14, 2015.
Last eruption was January 2011.
