It’s Your Backyard Ventura County On Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at about 10:39pm, officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to the area of the regarding a shooting that had just occurred. When officers arrived they located two shooting victims, both 22-year-old Oxnard residents.
