HARLINGEN — A Harlingen man shot and killed a pit bull that was attacking his dog last night and accidentally grazed his hand in the process, police said.
Police said the man was trying to stop a pit bull that was attacking his dog. When he fired, the bullet grazed his hand and killed the black and white pit bull, police said.
