Another vehicle with three black males inside pulled up and words were exchanged. That's when the shooting started. The would-be robber was shot in the head, but is expected to survive. He was driven by private vehicle to the hospital.
A woman in the other vehicle was struck in the leg or buttocks area while sitting in the vehicle. That vehicle drove off, and police and paramedics were dispatched to a separate location. She also was taken to a local hospital but is expected to survive.
