Ammon Bundy, the leader of the armed group occupying a federal wildlife refuge near Burns, Oregon, and three others, have been arrested by law enforcement amid shots being fired, according to local media.

What parts of armed occupation is non threatening? sending out messages to to hide your kids because a possible armed conflict, disabling camera and other surveillance. Going to meetings armed while citizens and officials complained etc etc etc
