Demonstration of stab-proof vest doesn’t go as planned (VIDEO)
Quite possibly the worst ever demonstration by a company promoting a stab-proof vest was caught on camera this week.
Eitam Lachover, a reporter for Channel 1 in Israel, reluctantly agreed to let Yaniv Montakyo, vice president of the company that makes the vests, do a live demonstration. A few seconds later, Lachover likely regretted the decision.
Montakyo assured the reporter of his confidence in their product and everything would be fine, but after several unsuccessful attempts to penetrate the vest with a commando knife, Montakyo paused and said, ‘Missed!’
Lachover was taken to the hospital, where he received stitches for the superficial, non-life threatening stab wound.
