Is This Video Proof of an Interdimensional Portal, UFO over CERN?

Yahoo! News, the Daily Mail and others are reporting that American tourists caught what might be an interdimensional portal and a UFO flying over the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the Swiss facility that houses the Large Hadron Collider.

While the video is awfully suspect, with some people claiming its CGI, others swear it’s true and this is the whole point of CERN: to open a portal to another dimension. Either way, it does seem like commentary on what people are saying CERN can (or will eventually) do, and there is a history of unusual and mysterious sightings over the facility in the past.
